We invite you to join us for a relaxed afternoon of inspiration, styling and flavourful food at The Pavilion as we celebrate the art of outdoor living on Saturday, 26th April, from 2pm to 6pm.

On the day, our team will host a series of engaging talks and live demonstrations, sharing everything from simple barbecue recipes to expert advice on styling your outdoor space, and creating a dreamy Summer tablescape. We'll also be unveiling our brand new 2025 outdoor furniture and barbecue collections.

Guests will also enjoy some exclusive benefits including:

  • Styling your outdoor space with Catherine Shiels

When: 2.30pm, 4pm, 5.15pm

The Pavilion’s Creative Director, Catherine Shiels, will share her top tips on how to style your outdoor space, from choosing the right pots, to curating a dreamy Summer tablescape. Guests will pick up plenty of ideas to try out at home.

  • Outdoor grilling with David Rice

When: 2pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm

Watch as our Events & Development Chef, David Rice, demonstrates how to prepare flavourful dishes on the barbecue - simple, shareable and perfect for your next garden gathering. Guests will also receive an exclusive recipe card to take away.

  • Choosing the perfect garden furniture

When: 3pm, 5pm

Learn how to select outdoor furniture that complements both your space and your
lifestyle. From cosy corners to sophisticated dining sets, we’ll help you create a setting that invites slow, mindful living.

• Drinks, light bites & live music

Enjoy a glass of something sparkling, accompanied by delicious seasonal
barbecue bites, and live music as you browse our Outdoor Living collections.

As a free in-store event, there is no booking required. The Styling Talks will take place at 2.30pm, 4pm & 5.15pm. The Outdoor Grilling Demonstrations will take place at 2pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm. The Outdoor Furniture Talks will take place at 3pm and 5pm.

Pavilion Chef
David Rice

David has worked in renowned restaurants, including Chapter One in Dublin, where he served as a senior chef and kitchen leader. During his tenure, the restaurant was awarded a coveted Michelin star. He was also the Head Chef at Mustard Seed Lodge in Adare, Co. Limerick, where he won Best Chef in Limerick at the Restaurant Association of Ireland Awards in 2010.
