Weber World Day & BBQ Demo - 12th April

As one of Ireland's leading Certified Weber World Stores, we are delighted to announce an exclusive in-store grilling demonstration hosted by Weber-certified Chefs on Saturday 12th April from 11 - 2.30pm. 

The event will showcase the new models for 2025 and chefs will demonstrate on Gas, Charcoal & Electric Weber BBQs, so you can easily replicate the dishes on your BBQ at home.  Grills that will be used for the demonstration include the Spirit EP-435, Master-Touch Premium GBS C-5750, Slate GP 43cm Premium Griddle and the Weber Traveler Gas Grill.

To celebrate this exciting launch, we will also have a number of exclusive offers on selected models on the day. Plus, customers will receive a complimentary copy of the new Weber Gas BBQ Bible, worth €35, with any spend on Weber products over €100.

BBQ Dishes

Throughout the day, Weber chefs will demonstrate how to grill some of the most popular BBQ dishes including:

  • Smashed lamb tacos/flatbread with grilled vegetables

  • Cedar planked salmon with garlic and herb butter

  • Bao buns with stir-fried mushrooms

  • The ‘Prefect Steak’ with chimichurri

  • Rotisserie chicken and sautéed potatoes

  • Apple tarts with cinnamon and chantilly cream
