
Floral Design Masterclass & Seasonal Lunch - Friday 28th March
Join us for an inspiring morning, where beauty meets sustainability, in an exclusive Floral Design Masterclass, with renowned floral designer, Kelly O’Sullivan of The Flowersmith Studio on Friday 28th March.
In this masterclass, Kelly will share her artful, design-led approach to creating seasonal planters. Using a carefully curated selection of plants, Kelly will demonstrate how to apply the same design principles she uses in her signature cut-flower centrepieces, to craft a living arrangement that feels both harmonious and nature inspired.
Guests will discover how to incorporate natural elements like twigs, mosses, and textured foliage to refine and add interest, further enhancing the organic feel of the design. Kelly will share expert techniques for selecting the ideal vessel to complement both the surrounding environment and the aesthetic of the arrangement.
In addition, attendees will learn essential care tips to ensure long-lasting enjoyment throughout the season and beyond, with guidance on how to refresh and evolve the planter using seasonal plants and natural elements, allowing it to remain a timeless feature all year-round.
Those attending the masterclass will also enjoy exquisite cuisine from our Glasshouse Restaurant. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a hot beverage and freshly baked scones, and after the demonstration, a specially crafted two-course seasonal lunch, created by Pavilion Chef David Rice, will be served.

Reservation and Attendance:
To secure a seat at our Floral Design Masterclass & Seasonal Lunch, attendees must purchase a seat in advance. The event is limited to 50 guests and tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate. Please note, this event is a demonstration; therefore, no practical participation is required.
Event Details:
The event will take place at The Glasshouse Restaurant in The Pavilion Garden Centre on Friday 28th March at 10am. All attendees should arrive at the designated time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Refund Policy:
Attendees may request a refund for their reservation up to 23.59 on Monday March 25th. Refund requests must be made by contacting our customer support team via the provided contact information. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the refund request is approved.
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the dinner is cancelled, attendees will be promptly notified. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to attendees who have already made a reservation. The Pavilion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Photography and Recording:
The Pavilion may capture photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. Should you wish not to be included, please notify us in advance via the provided contact information, no later than 7 days prior to the event, with your name as per your booking and reservation number.
