How do I book a visit with Santa?
We take all bookings online here and are unable to take bookings via the phone or by email. However, if you need assistance booking online, Santa's elves are more than happy to help so please get in touch.
How much are the tickets?
Children/Infants: €20.00
Adults: Free of charge
Do you offer a professional photo?
Yes, you have the option to choose if you want a professional photo on the day. This photo will be printed for you to take away as a keepsake.
Is there parking at The Pavilion?
Yes, parking is on site and free of charge.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Customers can change their date/time of booking with a minimum of 48 hour notice. We will do our very best to accommodate if you are unable to attend. Where possible your tickets can be transferred to other available date.
What do I do if my ticket receipt is not emailed to me?
Tickets will automatically be emailed to the address you enter when purchasing your tickets. Tickets must be paid for at time of booking. Please first check your junk/spam folder and if you still have not received an email, please email info@thepavilion.ie where we can assist.
What happens if we're late to our scheduled time?
We can not guarantee you will be able to enter but we will do our best to reschedule you to the next available time.
Is there a booking fee?
Yes, there is a booking fee of 80c per ticket. This covers the costs associated with the ticketing system. This fee is non-refundable.

Please note, all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Changes to a service - In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary at times to change the details or itinerary of the event or a booking. The Pavilion reserves the right to make reasonable alterations to any booking made. In this event The Pavilion will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
